Gulf Cove Florida Information

Gulf Cove is located on the western bank of the Myakka River, north of state road 776. This is a community with canal and riverfront properties. Many of the riverfront homes enjoy a view over nearly a mile of open water. The majority of the homes are located on wide canals. The canals in this area are fairly short, so your boating time to the river is only a few minutes. You can find waterfront homes ranging in price from low $300K to over $1M. For non-waterfront property owners, an advantage to this community is the community park and boat ramp.

Gulf Cove is conveniently located. It is mid-way between Englewood and the Murdock section of Port Charlotte. Grocery shopping is just minutes away on SR776. Gulf beaches are within a 20-minute drive.
